Join the Commemorative Air Force in "Honoring Our Heroes"
Veterans and active duty military personnel will be guests of honor at the Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Heart of America Wing (HOA) annual Open House and Air Expo. Airplanes and rotorcraft from World War I, World War II, Korea, and Vietnam will be on display and performing flying demonstrations. Veterans will share pictures and stories of their experiences.
This event, which is free to the public, will feature:
• Patriotic Music Concerts
• Vintage Military Vehicles
• Children’s Hangar – free aviation-related activities for children
• Veterans’ Table–hear military history first hand from our veterans
• Flying Demonstrations
• Warbird Rides for Donations
• Vintage Automobiles
• World War II Re-enactors
• Gifts and Souvenirs at our Hangar PX
