Solano County Fair will celebrate its 60th birthday by offering an action packed opening day with gifts, prizes, and deals of all kinds. Live horse racing, a full assortment of play, education and interactive activities for the whole family. From the Family Fun Zone which includes AgTion Ranch an interactive exhibit for kids, to pony rides, pig races, livestock exhibits, fireworks, mouth-watering fair food, to world class entertainment and carnival rides, this year’s 60th Solano County Fair will deliver the goods! Opening Day is the time to get out your Derby hat, be ready to celebrate, and help us kick off the Fair with a full day of fun. All entertainment, including the celebrity concerts, is included in the price of admission to the Fair. Hard to beat! Carnival rides are priced separately.
Performing Live: Kimberley Locke, Con Funk Shun, WAR, Eddie Money & Los Mismos. Purchasing tickets in advance provides the best bang for your buck. Carnival wristbands, good all day any one day are $20 in advance, $25 on site. Fair admission prices are $6 in advance and $8 on site for adults, $3 in advance and $4 on site for children ages 6-12 and seniors 60+, and children 5 and under are always free. The Fair offers a Seniors Day on Opening Day Wednesday July 22, when adults 60 years of age and over are admitted FREE. Plus, there’s a Kids Day on July 23 where kids ages 12 and under are admitted FREE.
