The workshop will begin on Sunday at 1:00PM and end on Wednesday at 11:00 AM.

Participants are responsible for making their own reservations.

The prevailing federal room rate will apply. Depending on room availability the rate will be honored 3 days before and 3 days after the contracted dates. Based on the Hotel's forecasted occupancy of 80% 0r less.

All Hotel Registration after 1/30/2009, will be charge at the hotel's best available rate.

The workshop prevailing room rate will be available through 1/30/2009 or until the block of rooms is sold out, whichever comes first!
