The Chinese Institute of Engineers (CIE-USA) DFW Chapter, Texas Instruments Chinese Initiative (TI CI) and Raytheon Asian Pacific Association of North Texas are pleased to present 2009 Symposium entitled “Career and Leadership in Transforming Time”.
2009 Leadership Assessment and Mentoring Program (LAMP) will focus on the challenges faced by Leaders and Mentors in this economic turn. LAMP’s “Career and Leadership In Transforming Time” Symposium will feature 2 keynote speakers and 3 panelists deliberating topics on the traits of leadership needed in the challenged economy, the opportunities ahead and changes required to ride the waves to sustainability and embrace greater opportunities.
Our line up of speakers and panelists are Ms Lynne Grant , Human Resources manager for the Texas & Raytheon Vision Systems (RVS) Engineering and Quality organizations for Network Centric Systems (NCS), Mr. Ed Fullman,General Manager of Texas Instruments' High Speed Products Group, Dr. J-C Chiao, a Professor of Electrical Engineering, University of Texas at Arlington, and Biomedical Engineering Program, University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, Mr. Jerry Pi, a Senior Manager of Standards and Algorithm Research Group, Samsung Telecommunications America, and Ms. Linda Kao, an ex-model and Assistant Dean of Global Operation for the Cox School of Business, SMU.
