Iron Sharpens Iron is a one-day equipping conference for
men and local churches. The conference offers 2 keynote speakers,
leaders in ministry to men, and 16 different seminars specifically for
men on issues relevant to men.

WHY SHOULD I TAKE MY MEN TO ISI?

Equip Iron Sharpens Iron is an equipping conference
for men. We not only seek to build up men as individuals, but we strive
to help and support the local church by providing seminars to equip men
to minister to other men in their own local church. Our main objective
is to support you, the local church pastor and your men's ministry leaders.

Growth This
conference is not just for leaders. You just never know who God is
incubating a new ministry in. You may have a man sitting in the wings
right now that God is preparing to use to minister to other men. Don't
limit your men's ministry leadership to just a few. Bring as many men
as you can and help them to spread their ministry wings.

Fellowship
We encourage you to bring any and all your men to ISI. It is a great
time for your men to experience being with other Christian men from
other churches in your community and region, fostering unity in the
body of Christ. Remember we also encourage you to bring your young men
ages 13 and up.

Worship During
the three main sessions, ISI provides a masculine worshipful
atomosphere where any man can engage the rising and living God. The
music will be from the PJ Summer Band and will be Spirit-filled praise
and worship blending both classic hymns and contemperary Christian
music geared towards men.

Relevant Practical Ministry for Men (RPM) is a Christ-centered men's ministry that equips men, and churches to build strong Biblical men that will strengthen their marriages, families, communities and churches. RPM believes that making disciples is the focus we are given by Christ in Matthew 28:19. RPM also sees Christ giving us the model of how we are to "make" those disciples. Christ did it through relationships and in the midst of those relationships He taught. RPM seeks to build relationships with churches, pastors and men and by sharing resources and experiences for men. It is the heart and mission of RPM to seek Christ first and always in all that we do and to share the hope of the gospel with other men. Equipping men to be the servant-leaders in their marriages, families and churches will impact our cities, states, nation and world!
