The Keynote Speaker for this event will be Alan Charles Kors, one of the world’s leading authorities on the Enlightenment, steadfast defender of free speech, champion of academic liberty and co-founder of The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education. The Master of Ceremonies will be Walter E. Williams, John M. Olin Distinguished Professor of Economics, George Mason University.
