2009 EchoVerse Final Stage April 24, 2009

This Friday the EchoVerse presents the 2009 EchoVerse Final Stage, the finale of our 2009 SlamMadness season. Fifteen of the top slam poets in Detroit compete for a spot on the 2009 Detroit Slam Team. The top four performance poets (slam poets) will recieve invites to join the 2009 Detroit Slam Team produced by the EchoVerse Poetry and Slam Series. We compete annually in the National Poetry Slam certified by Poetry Slam Inc. (http://www.poetryslam.com). This year's team will compete against 75 teams from North America to Europe in Miami, Florida in early August.

EVERY FRIDAY: EchoVerse Poetry & Slam Series featuring the award-winning "All Kinds Of Poetry" Open Mic, local and national features, round-robin and more.
