2009 Chili, Bean and Stew Cook-Off Fundraiser for Rolling Hills Volunteer Fire Department. March 13, 2009

The Rolling Hills Volunteer Fire Department would like to invite you to its spring fundraising event Saturday, March 14th and Sunday, March 15th, 2009. The event will be held at 31565 FM 1736 Road Hempstead, TX 77445. There will be BBQ plates for sale starting at 11:00 am each day along with train rides and a moonwalk for the kids. Vendors will be on-site with a variety of items. Vendor Spaces are available for $40.00 plus (1) one donated item of $25.00 or more in value to the auction. A Chili, Bean, and Stew Cook-Off will be held on Saturday, March 14th judging is at 3:00 pm. A silent auction will begin at 11:00 am and end at 3:00 pm. The live auction will begin at 4:00 pm. We will have a rummage sale Saturday and Sunday starting at 8am, please drop off your donated items Friday, March 13th, 2009 behind Cowboys Country Corner Store located at 31565 FM 1736 Road Hempstead, TX 77445. The Cook-Off awards will be announced at 5:00 pm Saturday, March 14th. We appreciate your support to start the construction & building of OUR Fire Department benefiting Rolling Hills and the surrounding areas. All donations are tax deductible !
