2009 Air Expo - Heart of America Wing of the Commemorative Air Force July 10, 2009

The Commemorative Air Force (CAF) Heart of America (HOA) Wing will host its annual Air Expo/Open House July 11, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and July 12, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Vintage military aircraft from World War II, Korea and the Viet Nam era will be on display and will provide flying demonstrations.

ADMISSION IS FREE.

There will be exhibits and activities for all ages:
* Swing and Patriotic Music Concerts

* Automobiles from the WWII era
* WWII memorabilia displays
* Restored aircraft engines
* Children’s Hangar – aviation-related activities for children of all ages
* Veteran’s Table – hear WWII military history first-hand from our veterans
* Warbird Rides for Donations
* Gifts and Souvenirs at our Hangar PX
