The World Wind Energy Association, St. Lawrence College and Ontario Sustainable Energy Association are proud to announce the 7th Annual World Wind Energy Conference to be held June 24-26, 2008.

We invite you to attend this timely conference showcasing Community Power and expanding the WWEC agenda in 2008 to represent all renewable energy generating technologies.

WWEC 2008 will be held on the shores of Lake Ontario in the historic city of Kingston. This location presents a dynamic environment to discuss renewable energy topics as it is situated in one of North America’s fastest growing RE markets, where leading RE policies are actively being developed, major electricity system re-planning is underway, high renewable resource potentials exist, and community participation and environmental sustainability are priorities.

WWEC 2008 promises to create a dynamic environment for renewable energy professionals, policy makers, government officials, manufacturers, engineers and community groups to come together to discuss a breadth of current topics related to all renewable energy generation technologies.
