2008 Legg Mason Tennis Classic August 8, 2008

The 2008 Legg Mason Tennis Classic presented by GEICO - an Olympus US Open Series event on the ATP Tour - returns to the William H.G. FitzGerald Tennis Center in Rock Creek Park (16th & Kennedy Streets, NW), from August 9-17, 2008.

The annual summer classic has received commitments from defending champion Andy Roddick, the tour’s top-ranked American; two former World No. 1s – Juan Carlos Ferrero and Wimbledon semifinalist Marat Safin; Feliciano Lopez; 2007 Legg Mason runner-up John Isner; reigning Olympic Silver Medalist Mardy Fish, and making his first appearance in DC, 18-year-old American Donald Young.
