Now in it's 14th year, The Hair O' the Dog party is a lively affair with proceeds to benefit PAWS: The Philadelphia Animal Welfare Society. This year's event features music from Mr Greengenes and sets from DJ Brendan Bring'em. Black Tie is optional; dress to impress.
