Ladies Intermediate Styling, Spinning & Technique Course: This vital workshop for the Intermediate Salsera who dances On2, should be taken in conjunction with her Advance-Beginner Course and Intermediate Workshop to improve balance, execution and flow of spins, more advanced body movement to enhance and add flare to her overall appearance on the dance floor and implementation of arm styling for partner work. This course will cover the following moves: stationary and alternating turns, traveling turns, cross body lead with inside turn, stationary and traveling turns; breakdown of basket, copa, whip, swing steps. In this course we also focus on execution of isolations and body movement of the upper body, torso and lower body. Ladies entering this course should be able to execute clean single to double stationary turns and must already know how to do right traveling turns and crossbody lead inside turns as well. This course comes with Online Video Excerpts for home practice!
