1st Thursday Nature Tales: Bears in Northern Virginia September 3, 2009

Black bears in Northern Virginia? Is this just a few bears coming in from the mountains or are bears expanding their territory?

Please join us on the First Thursday in September when Virginia Dept. of Game & Inland Fisheries biologist John Rohm will answer these questions and share information about black bears, their Northern Virginia habitats and what you should do if one is spotted in your neighborhood.
