It does seem like the event is going into a different direction this year. As the set up continues, there are a lot more tents set up then in past years. Also, they did not put up a big sign early as they have in past years.
Don't understand how you could not put up a big sign - it is free advertising.
Will be interesting to see how it comes off this year.

Parma is doing all of us a favor by not alowing this no talent hack a spot in this fun family event.
And i agree it needs to go in a diffrent direction, it was getting a little boring.
And like Andi60 said, it's only the Parma rib cook off.

after attending the annual rib n rock for yrs and always having a great time with this family oriented festival. i have discovered that the beautiful Miss Logan Wells will not be performing with her beautiful singing voice this year.. due to what the parma area chamber calls going in a different direction. she always drew one of the biggest crowds during the festival..guess what? ill be going in a different direction this yr too.. a shame
