1980s Exercise Video Night! February 3, 2010

IHAF Club hosts a night of nightmarish 80s fashion as we work out to videos of the era. Raid thrift stores and plumb your parents' basement for videos! A VCR (no beta, sorry!) will be on hand to showcase the wonders people find. Please come dressed in the height of fashion, legwarmers & headbands are de rigeur!

IHAF (Intermittent Health And Fitness) Club is a group of individuals concerned about your health. Consisting of both lackadaisical and hardcore members, this open group meet intermittently to engage in fun fitness activities. Future events may include double dutch and hulu hoop making/ spinning.
