The Multicultural FESTIVAL is 11:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM on 37th Road between 73rd Street and 77th Streets, Jackson Heights Queens. The performances on the Main Stage starts at 2:00 PM and the last act ends at 6:00 PM.
