Taberna del Alabardero has teamed up with Aurelio Cabestrero to present an 18th Anniversary Wine Dinner on Saturday, March 24th, which includes a cocktail hour featuring tapas and cava and a seven-course wine tasting menu specially created by guest chefs Miguel Angel Prieto and Jose Molina and Executive Chef Santi Zabaleta. The menu is paired with wines personally selected by Sommelier David Bueno and Aurelio Cabestrero, one of the top Spanish wine importers in the US, and will feature Lobster Salad with Diver Scallops and a Honey Vinaigrette paired with a Gran Vinum 2005 and Seared Duck Breast, Mango Sauce and Foie Gras with Orange Liquor “43” Sponge Cake paired with a Pujanza Norte 2003. This celebratory evening will begin at 7:00 p.m. and is priced at $130 person, all inclusive.
