Trade Show News : The SBA 504 workshops at NIPOC Trade Show June 10th
In conjunction with the 2010 Trade Show and Job Fair, Union Bank will be presenting a 20 minute overview on the SBA 504 program for the purchase, construction or improvement of owner-occupied commercial/industrial property. The advantages of this financing include:
