The streets of San Francisco will turn green on Saturday, March 15th for the 156th annual San Francisco St. Patrick's Day Parade, the oldest and largest St. Patrick's Day Parade west of the Mississippi.
In 2007, a quarter of a million people turned out to watch dancers, pipers, city officals and beloved Irish Wolfhounds reel and march down Market Street.
The parade begins at 11:30 a.m. at the corner of 2nd and Market Street in San Francisco, and will continue on to the Civic Center Plaza for the Family Festival, filled with childrens games, authentic food, vendors, a world class beer garden, and more!
