12 Annual Trick or Treat Festival & Halloween Hearse Procession and Show October 25, 2009

Sunday, October 25, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Free daytime trick or treating for kids in costume, gigantic pumpkin carving exhibition by Farmer Mike (now author of “Farmer Mike Grows Giant Pumpkins“), first 500 kids receive his book, hearse show and procession, radio personality Dr. Demento, Freak Show Deluxe, vampire poets, Magic Castle Junior Society Magician Mark Gibson, Crimebo the Clown‘s Crime Trivia Contest and Macabre balloon making, costume contest, The Ukulady, tall witches and other ghoulish fun. In its 40th year the Orange County Market Place is held every weekend at the O.C. Fair and Event Center in Costa Mesa.
