10th Annual Chocolate Ball June 12, 2010

One of the Coast’s favorite annual events is soon upon us: The Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Center of Arts & Education in Ocean Springs will host its 10th Annual Le Bal au Chocolat!

Each year, lovers of art and chocolate come in droves to this exciting event, a culinary and entertainment extravaganza, sponsored by IP Casino Resort & Spa, which benefits The Mary C’s community programs, theater performances and educational classes.

Guests will indulge in rows of sumptuous gourmet food prepared by IP chefs and visit the new state-of-the-art IP Culinary Arts Café! The chef’s of the IP will be demonstrating and serving up !dulcísimo! treats! Bars will be stationed inside and outside the building offering wine, champagne, and of course – chocolate martinis!

This year's theme is "Sweet Latin Nights" and will feature Julio & Cesar, an acclaimed Salsa band, will play Latin tunes for couples to dance, salsa, mambo, cha-cha, rumba and swing to the sounds of Sweet Latin Nights!

Items to be auctioned at the event include a "Land, Sea and Air" vacation package, a six-person spa and dinner package, and a wide variety of fine art.
