Bill Nunes will discuss his new book, Southern Illinois Illustrated: History and Nostalgia. Two local superstars from the past will be on hand to greet fans and sign their names in the book. Marion’s own phenom, Greg Starrick, will be present, along with scoring sensation Rich Yunkus of Benton. All children between the ages of eight and 16 will receive a free, autographed book written especially for youth. In case of inclement weather, Thursday, January 26 will be the alternate date.
