A Jazzy extravaganza featuring Tin Pan Alley music, exciting dance and vivid costumes. Based on the stories of legendary Jazz-era Chicago writer Ben Hecht, this performance won't disappoint!
This is a collaboration between Chicago based organizations Accessible Contemporary Music and The Moving Architects dance company. The music is original for this event, scored by Chicago composers Seth Boustead and Amos Gillespie and the dance was choreographed by Chicago dancer Erin Carlisle Norton.
This event features a pre-concert panel discussion with Rick Kogan of the Chicago Tribune and Neil Steinberg of the Chicago Sun-Times.
Tickets are $10 online, $12 at the door. This event is for all ages.
